Family Pet Expo Bans The OC Magazine
News Release
The OC Dog magazine was set to be placed at the pet expo April 2011. But formula Pr’s people stated that they changed their minds about letting us place the publication because our cover said Adopt don’t buy. They told me it “conflicts with the sale of dogs”. The Pet Expo is supposed to be about adopting dog’s not about selling puppies
This is an outrage and needs to end.

This IS an outrage! What is wrong with these people? My company produces boat shows. we do not descriminate with our exhibitors. We have boat donations, boat sales (both new & used) as well as partnership sales. they all compete with each other. It’s a show, it promotes boating. The Pet Expo promotes pets…all pets..homeless or not. The Pet Expo has a huge venue for adoptions. Are they pulling the plug on that, too? I hate to have to ban this event because I love it so much. wish they would reconsider
